By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Strategoscope provides probabilistic strategic forecasting powered by AI models. Outputs are decision-support estimates, not guarantees, financial advice, legal advice, or investment recommendations. You remain solely responsible for any decision made using the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for unlawful activity or to infringe rights of others; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or replicate the simulation engine; (c) submit personal data you do not have a lawful basis to process; (d) use outputs to discriminate against protected classes; (e) interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform; (f) generate or distribute disinformation, weapons-related content, or content prohibited by applicable law.

Generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. Always validate critical conclusions with qualified human judgement. We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free, lawful in your jurisdiction, or fit for a particular purpose.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled from the billing dashboard or from the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net. Prices are shown in EUR or USD and exclude applicable taxes, which Paddle calculates and remits where required. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy for full terms and how to submit a request. EU consumers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which is waived once execution of the digital service begins with your express consent; our 30-day guarantee remains in force regardless. Enterprise and Government plans are governed by separately signed agreements that take precedence over these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, billing, sales-tax/VAT collection and remittance, invoicing, customer-service inquiries related to payment, and returns. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

To prevent abuse and contain AI inference costs, all plans include monthly simulation quotas and per-minute rate limits. Excessive automated traffic may be throttled or suspended.

The Platform, models, brand and underlying technology belong to Lumendra Labs and its licensors. You retain ownership of your scenario inputs and receive a worldwide, non-exclusive license to the analytical outputs for your internal business use.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own (and at least reasonable care) and use it only to perform under these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or risk to the security of the Platform. You may close your account at any time; sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumendra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumendra's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence, willful misconduct or death/personal injury).

You will defend and indemnify Lumendra against third-party claims arising from your inputs, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance via email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection venues.
