Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Strategoscope subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date or of any subsequent renewal charge.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at billing@strategoscope.com and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app Billing page or from your Paddle customer portal at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Enterprise and Government agreements are governed by separately signed contracts that may set their own refund and termination terms. Where such a contract exists, it takes precedence over this policy.

EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day money-back guarantee meets and extends this right. Where you expressly consent to immediate execution of the digital service at checkout, the statutory 14-day right is waived, but our 30-day guarantee remains in force.
